Aku tadi bosan-bosan jalan-jalan jumper satu link pasal sorang customer yang rude. Maybe ade yang dah dengar. Tapi kalau ade yang belum jom dengar sat
So agak-agak sape yang tak betul. Klu aku yang jadi customer sevice tuh dah lame aku buat2 senyap. Cakap ler phone problem klu kene tanyer. Lagi pun aku budget astro pun tau sapeyang bawak problem kat sini.Nih ade sikit info untuk budak celake tuh

i heard the entire conversation at least a dozen times .. i pity the boy poor fellow.. i think he is very very patient… the only mistake he did was to entertain her moans. he should have ended the call faster by saying thank you for calling we shall refer to the technical department and sort your problem immediately..
as far as the woman who spoke about being from the PR.. education should start at home i think she should teach a bit of culture to her daughter.. and she also has to go for english classes because her english sucks too..
as for the daughter i hope she needs to indulge herself in yoga or meditation.. lol if i was the boy and if she threatened to come to astro.. she would not have forgotten her visit to my office.. would have made it quite memorable for her..
Hmm, come to think of it, who is the idiot here? The mother who is a self professed English professor ( by the way, did anyone noticed her grammar? I dont need another apologize ah…’ Lady, its apology! Learn your English ). Or the daughter, the tembikai, who seems to have a limited amount of vocabulary in her dictionary ( The only word I heard coming from her was bloody, bloody, bloody. And I thought vampire doesnt exist ).
Jeevanathan, it is clear to me that you have been ill treated by your previous company and that bloody tembikai ( Oh gosh, that word really is infectious). Please refer your case to the right authority within 60 days of your termination as you are protected under the Industrial Act-The Ministry of Human Resources-Unjustified Dismissal/Termination.
i was doing a google with the name of the holy saint kanaggambikai to see is there any clue and end up seeing many other blogs about her besides me.lolz…check out the comments on my blog bro…its freaking fuming there…
To me i think jeeva dropped the ball. Knowing the lady started off pissed, he shd have been more professional to tell the lady nicely and not cut in and aggrevate her. The even more he said, “its ur problem”. He could have said i could check and then come back and offer that his sup can call her back.. but indeed the lady was over board in the process… begging for a sup…
I think she’s lonely….hahahaha!
